Sales Representative Consumer CZ (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:• increase sales by mazimising the shelf share in store • check assortment in store in order to minimise OOS • define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets • monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximise potential of each store • identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions • regular reporting of results • communication with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service, communication with retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies Qualifications:• at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage) • 2-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience • communication skills in Czech/Slovak (level C1, C2) and basic English (level A0/A1 or higher is an advantage) • place of residence: Prague, Prague-West • up to date market knowledge • understanding sales tools & practices • excellent verbal communication skills • self-motivated and organised individual • ability to build relationship with key contacts ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
