Senior Product Owner / Program Manager (m/f/d)

What to expectWe're looking for a Senior Product & Program Manager who can turn complex digital products and transformation initiatives into tangible outcomes. You combine product leadership, program management and consulting: connecting user needs, business goals, technology and organizational realities, while bringing structure to ambiguity and alignment across complex stakeholder environments. You will work closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders, steer multiple workstreams and help clients make better product, technology and transformation decisions. You won't just execute within an existing setup — you'll challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and help evolve products, processes and ways of working.
