About the PositionHOLY is growing fast: with new product launches, expanding retail partnerships, and an ever-increasing customer base driving demand across all channels. To keep pace with this momentum, we are looking for a Logistics Manager with a clear focus on Retail and a strong connection to D2C Logistics. You will make sure that retail orders are prepared completely and delivered on time, while also supporting reliable D2C fulfillment, inventory flow, and customer experience. This role is highly operational and hands-on. You are the kind of person who spots a problem, takes ownership, and fixes it before it becomes a bigger issue. Retail Logistics Ownership Take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that retail orders are complete and ready for shipment on time.Own Retail OTIF performance and proactively steer against deviations with fulfillment partners and retail customers.Coordinate display assembly, capacity planning, timelines, and escalations. D2C Logistics Support Support reliable D2C order fulfillment, inventory flow, replenishment, and delivery performance.Monitor open operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions with fulfillment partners, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and E-Commerce.Support accurate system synchronization across warehouses and sales channels. 3PL Partnership & Operations Oversight Act as an operational contact for our fulfillment partners across Retail and D2C topics.Ensure SLA adherence and daily operational stability.Escalate and resolve deviations in speed, accuracy, availability, or cost efficiency swiftly. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track retail and D2C logistics KPIs and turn them into actionable insights.Use partner reports and internal dashboards to identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.Maintain clear SOPs, documentation, and performance reporting for internal visibility.Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the communication bridge between Logistics, Inside Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners.Keep stakeholders informed of critical operational updates, risks, and changes.Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate quick resolutions to protect customer experience.Process Improvement & Scalability Improve recurring logistics workflows across Retail and D2C.Identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities and track implementation progress.Help build scalable logistics playbooks for HOLY's omnichannel growth.
