Partnerships and Fundraising Officer

Location: flexible Department: BizDev / Partnerships We are seeking a detail-oriented Partnerships and Fundraising Officer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Partnerships, you will support the expansion of INCO's funding pipeline in Europe, with a core focus on drafting compelling project proposals, tracking outreach, and maintaining our donor database. Key target regions for this role include the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, and surrounding European markets.  Responsibilities: Proposal Writing & Drafting: Craft persuasive funding proposals, concept notes, and application forms. Coordinate with internal teams to clearly articulate program impact, align content with specific donor guidelines, and submit high-quality applications on deadline. Pipeline Management & Lead Tracking: Maintain and update the prospective donor database/CRM. Track leads through each stage of the funding pipeline- from initial identification to proposal submission- ensuring all key deliverables and follow-ups are recorded accurately. Prospect Research: Conduct targeted desk research to identify upcoming funding opportunities, corporate CSR initiatives, and foundations across target European markets. Partnership Coordination: Provide administrative and logistical support for partner communications, including tracking outreach history, scheduling meetings, and assisting with regular update reports for ongoing donors. 2+ years of experience in a fundraising or sales role at an international company or non-profit organization. Proven track record of success in securing funding for a project. Evidence of existing relationships with donors and funding networks in European markets is a strong asset for this role. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging proposals. Ability to communicate effectively with partners and donors from different cultural and organizational backgrounds. Client-first mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Native-level or professional fluency in English is essential.
