The Commercial Special Servicing Analyst administers a wide range of tasks associated with an assigned portfolio of geographically diverse, non-performing, commercial/business purpose mortgage loans secured by investor owned commercial use, mixed use, SFR/multifamily rental and/or SFR/multifamily transitional properties.
