Overhead Lineman Instructor

• Demonstrates the ability to manage the classroom for effective learning • Exhibits full knowledge of competency-based and computer assigned instruction, cooperative learning techniques, and trainee engagement through classroom observation • Maintains lesson plans relevant to course material • Creates innovative and interactive training for the students • Coordinates and engages with the academic department for integrated learning opportunities • Assists with job placement, military, college, and post-secondary education and obtaining primary credentials • Develops industry partnerships that could lead to work-based learning, internships, and job placement outcomes • Minimum of Associates Degree.
