Two years after COP29, Azerbaijan turns climate commitments into investment

The country has committed €540 million to climate-resilient irrigation and launched an AI-based farmer-scoring system, developed with the FAO, to channel subsidies to smallholders who adopt water-saving and soil-regenerating techniques.
