Tokyo Campervans - Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email and CRM system (WIX) • Lead qualification and upselling of services with incentive to convert leads to customers • Planning, resourcing and scheduling for bookings and cleaning • Manage inventory / orders of supplies for vans • Manage enquiries and build quotations for special customer requests • Work closely with marketing team on special projects, offers and campaigns • Manage special offers and seasonal campaigns and work with marketing team to ensure website accuracy and FAQs are consistently updated • Coordinate with new and existing vehicle partners especially for end of month closing and revenue share statements • Pre / post booking checklist management, ensuring all cars are cleaned and repaired and maintained before and after bookings Requirements• English fluency with excellent communication and ideally experience in dealing with customers via calls • Interest, knowledge or passion for hospitality industry with 2+ years experience preferred • Flexible mindset or startup mentality - willing to go above and beyond the job description • Remote
