Lead Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) - Web Platform & Architecture

Your missionAs a Lead Frontend Engineer (m/f/d), you will be a key driver in shaping and evolving our web platform in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. You are comfortable working across architecture, hands-on development, and the continuous improvement of our applications, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, performance, and user experience. At the intersection of Frontend Engineering, Backend, Product, and Platform, you will take technical ownership of key areas of our web platform. You will build high-performance, scalable, and user-centric solutions, actively shape our frontend architecture, and ensure sustainable technical decisions. In this role, you will act as a technical leader and trusted sparring partner within the team. You challenge existing solutions, contribute ideas proactively, and help drive architecture, technology, and quality decisions. At the same time, you remain hands-on and work closely with the team to implement key initiatives.
