ABOUT THE JOB Your responsibility: From day one, you’ll own your stories and take end-to-end responsibility for your tasks.  Your team: You'll work in a small team of no more than five full-stack engineers. Like this, our teams are more efficient and can move fast. Your work: You’ll be involved in the entire software engineering lifecycle of your project - from product requirements and design to testing, deployment and operations. You’ll see how people actually use what you build and continuously improve it based on user feedback and real usage data. Your projects: We partner with clients across all industries who trust us with their most challenging software problems. We take full ownership from the first idea to the final roll-out. You’re not joining a client team as an extra pair of hands - you’re part of the team responsible for solving the problem. We don’t do body leasing. Your impact: You will contribute to some of the largest, business-critical and most demanding software projects in Europe. Your perspective: No matter your experience, everyone starts as a newbie and passes through all of our engineering levels. From owning small to medium feature sets to being responsible for the whole codebase.
