Regional Technical Service Manager SEA

Responsibilities:• Lead and coordinate technical service support across SEA region ( Food industry ) • Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting for customers, OEMs, and sales teams • Perform equipment / plant inspections and lubrication assessments • Prepare professional technical reports and product recommendations • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships through technical engagement • Work closely with sales teams to support customer visits and solution-based selling • Support OEM technical recommendations and approvals • Contribute to product improvement and feedback to regional/global teams • Participate in technical events, exhibitions, and industry seminars • Provide technical input on market trends and customer needs (non-commercial) • Develop technical reports and recommendations for customers • Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and tools • Support regional initiatives related to technical service excellence and customer experience • Manage local and regional business requirements like training, use technology link to all stakeholders (KL Sales & Channel Partners), create platform’s to reinforce knowledge improvement.
