Your responsibilitiesYou will work closely with the project team and project management and quickly take ownership of your own workstreams. Target Vision & Dependencies: Support the development of target architectures and roadmaps while creating transparency regarding dependencies across topics, teams, and systems. Transition Management: Support the migration from legacy systems and processes into future-state target architectures, including business cases and transition planning. Requirements & Decision Management: Maintain requirements and prioritization structures, document decisions, and keep key project artifacts up to date. Analysis: Analyze existing system and process landscapes and develop decision papers and business cases. Tracking & Reporting: Build progress dashboards and reporting structures and prepare management reports. Presentation & Facilitation: Create concise decision-making materials and increasingly facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with business and IT stakeholders. Project Management: Apply project management methodologies and structure content and interdependencies within the overall project framework. Functional Consulting: Develop concepts and provide consulting support as a trusted sparring partner for the client.
