Product Designer (m/f/d) — Energy Insights

What we are buildingecoplanet gives industrial companies the kind of energy management a corporate energy department would provide, without needing one of their own. We work with German Mittelstand manufacturers in plastics, metals, and food production, helping them see where their energy goes, catch problems when they happen, and act on what they find. Our platform covers meter data, consumption monitoring, efficiency analysis, compliance, and energy procurement. We're a Series A company backed by EQT Ventures and HV Capital. Why This Role MattersYou'll be the designer on our Energy Insights team. The team owns our core entry product: 24/7 consumption monitoring, alerting, and the insights that turn load profiles into decisions a customer can act on. Your work covers the whole customer journey, from onboarding and labelling a customer's meters, to surfacing findings they can trust, to making sure they come back regularly. You'll be the only designer on this team, working directly with a PM, engineers, and our customer success team. Much of the work is improving and reshaping features we already have, so you'll be making existing things clearer and more useful as well as designing new ones. What You’ll AchieveOwn design for the Energy Insights product end to end: research, flows, interaction design, and polished UIRedesign existing features, such as the customer cockpit, monitoring views, alerts, and findings, so energy managers can go from "something's off" to "here's what to do" quicklyDesign data-dense interfaces (load profiles, consumption breakdowns, anomalies) that stay readable for people who aren't data analystsShape onboarding and labelling flows that help customers describe their meters and production so our insights improve over timeDesign internal tools for our customer success and onboarding teams.
