Business Analyst / Product OwnerTrinetix is looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong expertise in SCRUM and Agile delivery practices. The role combines business analysis and product ownership responsibilities, including defining and prioritizing product requirements, managing the backlog, and translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and solutions. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of SCRUM methodology and practical experience working in Agile environmentsAdvanced English level, with strong communication skills in a professional environmentAdvanced Ukrainian level, with strong communication skills in a professional environmentProven experience collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and product leadershipExperience managing and prioritizing product backlogs based on business value and prioritiesExperience with backlog refinement, defining acceptance criteria, and writing clear, actionable user storiesAbility to translate business needs into functional and technical requirementsStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Confluence or SharePoint, and Miro Nice-to-haves Experience owning a product backlog or acting as a Product OwnerLegal domain knowledge or experience working on legal-related products or projectsExperience supporting or leading sprint planning and other Agile ceremoniesUnderstanding of the product development lifecycle and software development processesUnderstanding of technical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with development teamsExperience working in cross-functional, distributed teamsFamiliarity with enterprise-level workflows or large-scale Agile environments Core Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders, product leadership, and development teams to understand business needs and define product requirementsOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goalsLead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support effective sprint planningDefine clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements that are actionable for development teamsPrioritize requirements based on business value, stakeholder needs, dependencies, and delivery prioritiesTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements while maintaining alignment between business and engineering teamsSupport product decision-making by identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunitiesFacilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders and cross-functional teamsMaintain product and requirements documentation using tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Miro, etc.Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the product development process About Us   Established in 2011, Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world.  Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we have a global team of over 1,000 professionals and delivery centers across Europe, the United States, and Argentina.
