SAP PLM Consultant needed!Location: Stuttgart Working model: Hybrid, with approximately 3 days per week on-site Employment: Permanent, full-time We are currently supporting an established international organisation in finding an experienced SAP professional to join its internal IT team. Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, optimise and further develop SAP PLM processes, with a particular focus on material master data and engineering change managementWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutionsAnalyse existing processes and data flows and identify opportunities for improvementTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with teams across Production, Engineering, R&D and ITSupport the implementation of projects and new solutions, including testing and user acceptanceContribute your SAP expertise to wider S/4HANA transformation activitiesWork with internal teams and external IT partners to deliver effective solutionsAct as a knowledgeable business partner for stakeholders across different areas of the organisationYour Profile5+ years of professional experience in SAP PLM, particularly in the design and optimisation of PLM processesStrong knowledge of material master data and engineering change managementGood knowledge of SAP MMKnowledge of SAP QM and/or SD is an advantageExperience with SAP S/4HANA is desirableABAP development experience is a plus, but not essentialKnowledge of SAP DMS and Workflow would be beneficialStrong understanding of both business processes and SAP solutionsExperience working with multiple stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication and consulting skillsFluent German (C1+) and business-fluent EnglishA structured, proactive and solution-oriented approachComfortable taking ownership of projects and working collaboratively with different teamsWhat is OfferedPermanent position within an established international organisationHybrid working model with regular on-site collaborationFlexible working arrangementsOpportunities for professional development and further trainingAttractive employee benefitsSupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunity to contribute to major SAP transformation and digitalisation initiativesInterested?
