'No facts': Morocco denies involvement in deadly Ceuta migrant rush

Moroccan authorities said on Thursday there were "no facts" establishing its involvement in the migrant rush into Spain's North African exclave of Ceuta in July. It was the kingdom's first official response to a Spanish police report accusing its security forces of "total permissiveness" when the mass crossing took place.
