Staff Engineer, Mainframe (Natural-Adabas)

REQUIREMENTS:• Total experience 6+ years • Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe with Natural-Adabas development and JCL • Strong experience in Natural and Adabas technologies • Ability to engage effectively with customers and business stakeholders • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical and business requirements • Ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of application development and technical solution design • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
