Special Projects Senior Associate

• Working with the founders to initiate and execute new business strategies • Setting up internal processes and conduct process improvements on regular basis • Working with the founders to design a sales process, occasionally meet the clients, and close • Converting customer feedbacks into briefs and synthesizing customer requirements and assisting with pilot projects • 2+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting firm or a similar role within a tech company • Strong verbal and written English ability • Strong analytical skills and problem solving essentials • Ability to communicate and organize your work effectively • Strong ability to drive result and get things done • Thrives in ambiguity and context switching between multiple parallel projects At Lumina, we’re looking for people with high ownership, growth-mindset, and integrity.
