Job Family:Solutions Architecture ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 50%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:• Own the CIS Solution Blueprint: customer data model, SA structure, rate design, billing cycle, meter-to-cash workflow, and collections/dunning • Define bill calculation architecture: billing determinants, proration rules, budget billing algorithms, estimation logic, and exception handling • Lead Fit-Gap workshops across Customer Ops, Revenue Mgmt, Metering, IT, and Regulatory Affairs • Govern configuration standards; conduct peer reviews of configuration workbooks and functional design documents • Translate regulatory tariff schedules (TOU, tiered rates, demand charges, NEM 3.
