Mit über 40 Mio. € an Finanzierung suchen wir nach motivierten Menschen, die gemeinsam mit uns die Energiezukunft gestalten wollen. 🚀 Your mission We are looking for a motivated Trading Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) to support us in the green revolution of the electricity market as a digital and smart electricity provider. As a key member of our Trading team, you will take full ownership of the infrastructure that powers our trading platform. Your tasks Provide and maintain compute infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring for our trading systems, and manage associated cloud costs Own system architecture for our trading platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance Manage exchange connectivity and provide engineering support across our trading infrastructure Drive how we build with AI: roll out coding agents, set shared agent rules and guardrails, and keep MCP integrations and context docs consistent across repos Your profile Degree in Computer Science or similar and 4+ years of experience in trading infrastructure engineering or a related field Proven ability to write production-grade code (Python or similar), following best engineering practices (Git, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews) Hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure, including operating compute (e.g. ECS, Lambda), data and messaging services (e.g. Firehose, SQS, Postgres, DynamoDB, S3), and monitoring (CloudWatch) Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker) and observability tools (logging, metrics, alerting) Experience with MLOps and ML infrastructure, e.g. model training, deployment, scheduling, data processing and monitoring in cloud environments Strong understanding of system architecture design for high-availability, low-latency systems Familiarity with AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflows Excellent communication skills in English (B2–C1) Nice to have Experience with exchange connectivity (e.g. EPEX / EEX or ISVs) Experience with Ray and Airflow Experience with Terraform Understanding of European energy markets German language skills Previous start-up experience 🌐 About UsWe’re Germany’s fastest-growing digital green energy provider and a Certified B Corp™ , driving the energy transition by making renewable energy more accessible and inclusive.
