At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding. Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn’t helped, it’s made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams. We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption. Our first agent automates coding workflows and frees up time for medical staff to focus on patients. We launched in 2024, are backed by top investors (Index, Frst, Y Combinator, Hexa, Kima Ventures, Better Angle), and we’re just getting started.  The future of healthcare isn’t just digital — it’s automated. Come help us build it ! ContextGermany is one of Europe's largest healthcare markets, and its hospitals face the same pressure we solve in France: rising administrative load, staff shortages and revenue lost to incomplete coding. As Germany GTM Lead, you are our first hire in the country. You will report directly to Paul Lafforgue, CEO and co-founder, and work closely with Chris, our CTO, and the product team in Paris. You will own everything from the first prospecting call to the first signed contracts, shape the local product and build the German team from zero. Location: 2 to 3 months of onboarding in Paris, then based in Germany with regular trips to Paris. Office in Munich or Berlin. Team: none at first. Around 5 people in H1 2027, around 12 by the end of 2027. Your missionTake Parallel from zero to a validated, repeatable market in Germany by the end of 2027: 2 to 3 flagship hospitals as paying customers, 2M€ ARR and a local team of around 15. OutcomesFirst customers: build the pipeline with Paul, book your own first meetings (your calendar starts empty), sign the first pilots and turn them into paying contracts. German go-to-market: pick the segment to win first (private groups, public or university hospitals), adapt the pitch to the German healthcare context, test our success-based pricing, including in public tenders, and build visibility through networks, trade shows and customer references. Local product: run the feedback loop between German hospitals and the product & tech team, and bring in local medical expert(s) to validate usage German team: hire a team growing from 0 to around 12 across sales, ops, engineers and set up the office. Growth story: report on Germany's progress to the leadership team and investors, and, if we acquire a local company, contribute to due diligence and lead the integration of the acquired team. Who you areA builder who wants to open a market, not run one. This job is for you if: You are a native German speaker, with your schooling and career in Germany, and fluent in English, our working language with headquarters. You have 5 to 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role. You have lived at least one 0-to-1 experience: you founded a company, joined a startup of fewer than 50 people or launched a new market. You enjoy being on the ground: meeting customers, travelling and opening doors yourself. You are comfortable with ambiguity and an empty playbook. You are credible with hospital leadership (CEO, CFO, chief medical officer) as well as with physicians. You can convince first hires to join a company that nobody in Germany knows yet. You are open to about 3 months of regular trips to Paris, with a long-term base in Germany. Bonus: you know the German healthcare system, or you have already launched a business. Bonus: you have hired and managed a team, or worked on M&A or the integration of an acquired team. Our valuesPlay to Win: we are not here just to participate, ship something “good enough”, or enjoy the startup ride. We want to win. That means caring deeply about o
