Job Summary
Germany is one of Cyclomedia's most important markets and a key pillar of our growth strategy. As Head / Senior Director of Sales, Central Europe, you will lead the next phase of our growth across DACH and Poland as a hands-on sales leader who owns the pipeline, the team and the plan.
You will build on a strong foundation: an established sales team and a base of strong reference customers. Your mandate is to take this to the next level by building a predictable, scalable sales engine with full visibility across pipeline, accounts and forecast.
Around 75% of your time goes into hands-on sales leadership, and around 25% into business development and growth strategy. You will be a member of the commercial leadership team, alongside the regional VPs and the VP Marketing.
