Working Student People Operations (m/f/x)

That's why we're looking for a motivated Working Student to join our People Team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in modern People Operations, take ownership of your own topics early on, and help us make our processes smarter, more efficient, and future-ready. Automation and AI are becoming increasingly important parts of how we work, and you'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to that journey. As our company continues to grow, so do our People processes. We're continuously improving the way we work, building scalable structures, and exploring how modern technologies can help us focus on what matters most: our people. You won't just support the team, you'll actively help shape how we work. You'll learn the foundations of People Operations, take ownership of your own responsibilities, and contribute ideas for improving processes and testing new solutions. This position is based in Garching near Munich, for 20 hours per week, and is initially limited to 6 months.
