Senior Manager Business Ethics, Speak-up & Investigations (m/f/d)

As Senior Manager Business Ethics, Speak-up & Investigations, you will play a key role in building and strengthening Quantum Systems’ Group Ethics & Compliance programme. You will take end-to-end functional ownership for Business Ethics, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Speak-up and Internal Investigations. This is a senior individual-contributor role with clear functional ownership and no direct people-management responsibility at present. As part of the integrated Governance, Risk & Compliance organization, you will work across Risk Governance, Ethics & Compliance, ESG and Group Assurance to help establish effective and scalable governance. You will independently develop, implement and manage the assigned programmes, frameworks and processes, translating the Group Integrity Framework into practical standards, controls and guidance. Working closely with relevant corporate functions, you will help prevent misconduct, respond credibly to potential violations and build a risk-based, scalable Compliance Management System for our growing international defense-technology business. What is your Day to Day Mission:Own and continuously enhance the Group Business Ethics & Integrity Program, covering the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Hospitality, Donations and Sponsorships, ethical decision-making and non-retaliation. Establish and implement policies, standards, guidance and processes, supported by risk-based training, communications and advice that enable practical application across the Group. Manage the Group Speak-up & Whistleblowing Framework, including reporting channels, intake, triage, confidentiality, non-retaliation safeguards, case routing and effectiveness monitoring. Lead sensitive and complex internal investigations and maintain the related case management framework, ensuring fair, objective, timely and confidential processes, robust investigation mandates, planning, interviews, evidence handling, documentation, escalation, reporting, data protection and retention. Translate findings into sustainable improvement by identifying root causes and control weaknesses, agreeing corrective and preventive actions with accountable owners, and monitoring implementation and effectiveness. Advise management and coordinate with relevant functions, providing concise reporting on material cases, trends, risks and remediation. What you bring to the team: Relevant experience in Business Ethics, Compliance, Corporate Investigations, white-collar crime or criminal law, with demonstrated experience leading complex international investigations. A relevant degree or professional qualification and experience building effective ethics, anti-bribery, speak-up or investigations programmes. Strong investigation skills, from interviews and evidence assessment to root-cause analysis, remediation and prevention. Sound knowledge of business ethics, anti-bribery, whistleblower protection, data protection and employment law; defense, aerospace or government-contracting experience is a strong advantage. Sound judgment, discretion and independence, combined with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Fluent English; very good German is a strong advantage.
