Job Description• Through technical support, gain insights into laboratory workflows in pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and chemical materials industries, identify customer needs, and uncover business opportunities; • Independently design experiments and complete pre-sales sample analysis based on customer needs and workflows, promoting Agilent liquid chromatography solutions or developing new solutions; • Collaborate with the sales and after-sales teams to provide technical support for liquid chromatography and single quadrupole instruments before and after sales; • From a technical perspective, closely align with the sales process to maintain customer relationships and enhance sales win rates; • Support and understand the company's strategic objectives, and develop corresponding action plans based on the regional market and customer conditions.
