(Senior) Product Manager Odoo (all genders)

Your roleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated (Senior) Product Manager to bolster our dynamic team. As the designated Product Manager, you will take charge of pivotal aspects within our ERP system Odoo, with focus on data and processes related to Order Management (OMS). You review exceptions in the flows between Odoo, our eCommerce shop and other platforms. Together with our Customer Service team you drive further automations of order related customer service tasks as well as needed actions to further expand the self-service options of our customers. Collaborating closely with a proficient team, your role will involve working across various departments to define product requirements, prioritise essential features, and ensure successful product launches. To excel in this position, a profound understanding of ERP Systems and their integration with other tools as Zendesk or Magento2. Having improved customer experience via automation in backend systems of eCommerce platforms is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of business processes of a fast growing company and skilled communication is imperative. Overseeing the entire product life cycle and roadmap, from idea conception and analysis to production release Active involvement in IT processes supporting daily business, with the main focus on Order Management (in close collaboration with our customer service teams), closing and auditing activities, and other aspects associated with Sundays business Establishing a trustful relationship with internal stakeholders and driving a collaborative build-up and prioritisation process for the ERP tech roadmap Continuously monitoring and optimising systems and related processes, influencing not only your digital product but also Sunday's overall IT landscape Your profileAt least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for ERP or OMS Software, with direct exposure to business teams.
