Sr. Cloud Ops Engineer

Duties and responsibilities:• advanced direct customer support in the Cloud (AWS and/or Azure), • responsibility for solving customers cases through contact channels like Support Portal or direct call, • maintaining the clients environments to ensure its capacity and availability, • participate in Cloud-based projects which includes managing services, infrastructure architecture, migration or security improvement, • proactively improve operational aspects (optimization, automation, monitoring), • collaborate with the rest of the team on all shared cases, • strive to learn and experiment with new solutions.
