Collaborate with project managers around the globe to track project progress, milestones, timelines and risks. Contribute to the development of management dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow SPM. Create reports, presentations and communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Help develop and maintain a global PMO knowledge base, template library and project management standards. Support PMO and Quality Management initiatives through research, analysis and process improvement activities. Your profile: 🔎Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical thinking and an interest in project management, reporting and process improvement. Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage. Proactive, structured and independent way of working. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good communication skills in German and English.
