Location: You’ll be based at our office in Cologne (Belgisches Viertel) and should be on site at least twice a week.Experience: You have 5–8 years of experience in strategy & operations and feel confident in your role.Languages are no problem: You speak German and English fluently.Your connection to football: You're genuinely interested in amateur football and have a feel for what moves this community.Start-up spirit: You prefer to play an active part in shaping things rather than just going through the motions – even if that sometimes means tackling things without a ready-made roadmap. What you'll do - your playing fieldThis is how you move our mission forward every day.End-to-end ownership of selected strategic and operational projects from concept to executionBuilding and continuously improving central company processesClose collaboration with Nik on cross-functional strategic projects and prioritizationSupporting process optimization in other operational areas as neededPreparing decision-making materials and analyses for the founder team What you bring to the teamWe're not looking for a perfect CV.
