Tech Lead-Java

Job Responsibility:  Independently develop Java based modules and undertake enhancements, do bug fixes and introduce new libraries/tools  Solve complex enterprise problems and be able to multi-task various projects with a creative and flexible attitude Required Skills:  Strong Java/J2EE skills especially in Spring & ORM frameworks like Hibernate, myBatis  RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)  NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra)Desired Skills (along with required):  (Preferred) Apache Solr / Elastic Search / Lucene  Caching frameworks like Redis / Memcached  ActiveMQ / RabbitMQ / Kafka Cloud Infra & Services like AWS or Azure or GCP • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations / Teams • A team player, capable of collaborating in a fast-paced environment, as well capable of working independently with a high level of self-motivation • Strong logical and analytical skills along with problem solving & troubleshooting skills Knimbus is a digital library SAAS platform that enables aggregation and curation of high-quality custom content for Academic, Government and Corporate institutions.
