Vessel Accountant (Offshore)

Responsibilities• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function • Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function • Prepare monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims • Perform monthly bank reconciliations • Prepare all necessary supporting documents for auditing purposes • Support managers on projects • Ad-hoc duties as required Requirements• 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred • Well versed with MS excel and word • Detailed oriented and able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals • Good written and interpersonal communication skills
