About the Role Judith Dada is Co-CEO of Langdock alongside Lennard. She is also Senior Partner at Visionaries Club, serves on the board of Personio, co-founded Relativity Collective, a programme for Europe’s student founders, and writes about AI, creativity, Europe and human flourishing as Dadalogue. She co-authored Europa 2031. What connects all of it is a conviction that technological progress, done well, is how we build a better Europe and a better world. As Chief of Staff, you will be Judith’s right hand across everything she does. Your job is to extend her reach and impact across Langdock, Europe’s AI ecosystem and beyond. You will structure and execute across a wide surface area, and create the conditions in which Judith does her best work. You will work with her every day, so expect the steepest learning curve of your career. Langdock’s product is expanding fast in two directions: across the work people do, with chat, agents, meetings, code and apps; and down the stack into our own compute and inference. You will help Judith stay close to the most important work across this growing product surface and the company. What You Will DoRun meticulous project management. You will hold the threads across dozens of topics and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You work half a step ahead, spot bottlenecks before they happen and follow through. You act as an honest broker: synthesising and pressure-testing plans to bring them to their full potential. Augment Judith’s execution at Langdock. You will keep Judith close to the most important work across a fast-growing product surface. You will prepare her for key decisions, make sure things happen afterwards and support strategic workstreams. Produce Judith’s ideas. You will structure and challenge Judith’s thinking to draw out the idea worth making, then shape it into a keynote, essay, video, panel, interview or key event. You will help turn customer insights and research into thought leadership that shapes how European leaders think about AI. AI is already an exceptionally capable research assistant; your value lies in depth, taste and operational structure. You do not ghostwrite. You sharpen the thinking and run the flow from first idea to finished piece. Scale executive engagement. Together with Marketing, you will design exceptional rooms and experiences that bring Europe’s key AI decision-makers together. You will work with our go-to-market teams so Judith’s external work serves the needs of a customer base that is growing quickly. Extend Judith’s reach into policy and the European AI ecosystem. You will prepare and follow through on policy work and ecosystem initiatives, helping Judith contribute to the conversations shaping AI in Europe.
