OverviewAs SCADA Engineering Manager, you take technical ownership of SCADA, monitoring, plant control and communication systems for our utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You act as the central technical interface between engineering, project teams, customers, grid operators and external suppliers such as Gantner or meteocontrol — ensuring these systems are correctly specified, integrated, tested and commissioned. This role combines strong technical understanding with coordination and stakeholder management: you translate between grid operator requirements, customer expectations, supplier solutions and EPC project realities.  Most importantly, when a plant reaches commissioning, you ensure SCADA, PPC and communication systems work reliably — rather than becoming the project's last unresolved interface.
