About the PositionAs Procurement Director, you will build one of HOLY's most important competitive advantages: a world-class supplier ecosystem that enables us to scale faster, improve margins and consistently deliver outstanding products to our customers. Procurement at HOLY is far more than buying ingredients. You will own our sourcing strategy across ingredients, packaging, merchandising and co-manufacturing while continuously improving cost, quality, supplier performance, flexibility and speed. This is a highly strategic leadership position reporting directly to our COO, Markus. You will work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Finance and our founders to build supplier partnerships capable of supporting HOLY's ambitious growth journey toward becoming a global consumer brand. We are not necessarily looking for a traditional procurement leader. We are looking for an exceptional builder with outstanding commercial judgment who enjoys solving complex business problems and creating long-term competitive advantages. Responsibilities:  Strategic procurement Own HOLY's sourcing strategy across ingredients, packaging, merchandising and co-manufacturingDevelop category strategies that improve competitiveness, resilience and long-term scalabilityDrive structural COGS improvements through strategic sourcing, commercial excellence and value engineeringIdentify new sourcing opportunities, technologies and supplier capabilities to strengthen HOLY's competitive positionBuild long-term strategic partnerships with HOLY's key suppliersDevelop suppliers across capacity, quality, innovation, flexibility and operational excellenceEnsure our suppliers scale alongside HOLY's ambitious growth plansEstablish HOLY as a preferred customer through trust, transparency and professional supplier managementStrengthen our supplier ecosystem through selective onboarding of new partners and pragmatic multi-sourcing where it creates valueSupply Chain & Operational Excellence Improve end-to-end supply chain performance by reducing lead times, increasing supplier responsiveness and improving planning reliabilityPartner closely with Supply Chain Planning and Operations to align supplier capabilities with demand forecasts, inventory targets and growth plansImprove working capital through stronger commercial terms, better supplier collaboration and optimized replenishment modelsSupport the development of a scalable and resilient manufacturing networkSupplier Performance & Quality Own supplier performance across quality, OTIF, responsiveness, compliance and continuous improvementEstablish structured Supplier Business Reviews, measurable KPIs and clear accountability with strategic suppliersProactively identify and mitigate supply risks before they impact the businessE
